10 days delay for approving my balance so far.

It's been 10 days now since I have registered for a payoneer account, and till now they didn't confirmed my account although they said it would take only 3 business days, does anyone know why is that? and how to solve this issue?

    same problem with me i have applied since 2 weeks but i just recieved one email is that update address so that i do it but now no response please give me any solution. don't suggest me to cs . i tired ti cs.
