Payment transfer issue with Payoneer

Gettyimages had released my monthly payment to Payoneer on Aug 28th but it has not yet been transferred to my Indian bank account. I'm tired to follow-up with Payoneer by phone,email & chat but they have hold my payment and not telling me the clear picture where is my payment and why are they not releasing my money? When will I get my payment it's almost more than 15 days?

I am experiencing problem with payment approval. My client paid me on September 3.
Although "EUR 1000 pending" has been indicated in Transaction since September 5, no payment has affected my balance as of today. I have contacted customer care three times, but issue has not been solved as of yet.
Please inform me why payment approval is taking so long?
I will not take an answer saying that this a mandatory compliance review period since I have already received another payment on my balance two days ago meaning that the compliance review has been completed.
