I want to take payments from a company. But they are Saying Ac Showing Blocks to Them.WHY? Solve PLZ

Hi, I want to take payments from a company. They tried to send me payment,
But they told me my payoneer ac looks block to them, Why? Kindly solve this problems soon. Thanks

*I also try live chat, but always showing your chat is canceled. Why? I need to live chat with you.

    And also there is a Notice in my ac, "Your USD Balance is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days." Kindly solve my ac all problem as soon as possible.
