My global payment Verification

Hello ,
I was asked to verify my global payment and I did! I fill the information and my national id since October, but the status still "submit" until right now, there is no update or e-mail from Payoneer, what should i do?


  • Hi @danielvictr it is ok, the system shows that you've submitted the details but you do not need to wait for an update. You can start receiving payment and our accoutn approval department will let you know if anything else is needed.
