Bank account for withdrawal is pending

Hi
I added my bank account details on 12/20/2018 so that i can withdraw money direct to my local bank account. But it has been showing me following message for last few weeks and i have not received any email from Payoneer at all. i belong to Pakistan and i'm not sure why is this happening and not proceeding.

"Action required We need additional information to approve this account. Check your e-mail.
* Allow up to 3 business days for review."

    Hi @mqaiserbutt The reason can possibly be that the account approval department requests additional information to approve your bank account details. You now have the option to provide whatever is needed from your online Payoneer account. To do so, login to your account, from the menu "setting" located in the main page, choose "Verified information". You will then be able to view the requirements, and to click on the request to submit the necessary information or document.

    In case you do not see any new requirement, you can directly contact the support via email, by phone at 1-646-658-3695, or through or social media platforms by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter.

    Hi i have an email already to withdraw my funds to my bank account.but when i try to withdraw on my atm account no money has transfered.on my email it has a reference number they have given..where can i withdraw my money?im from philippines...i used RCBC atm.

    Thanks Cristale, I followed up on your suggestion and it works. Now it doesn't show that warning and application seems to be in processing.

    Hi @ssionel , the option to use an ATM for withdrawal depends on if you have a Payoneer card. If there is not one linked to your account the it would not be possible. Otherwise it is available in most countries we support with the exception of very few.

    payooner not transfer my money it's still panding. there is no email response no chat available nothing support. I really worry about my hard earn money

    Hi Jay,

    If it is still pending, it can take usually 1-2 business days to be sent. In your case, looks like your funds have been sent and you should receive it within 3 business days.

    How to solve? awaiting approval of the account since 2018.

    If you've been waiting since 2018 it is likely that we've asked for some information or the account application was declined. Please check your e-mails.

    Hi, I have withdrawn the money that was sent to my account last October 3, 2019, and it still shows pending on my account. I didn't receive an email from Payoneer regarding my withdrawal so I don't really know what to do now. I hope you can help me with this.

    Hi,
    I'm in Europe & created a payoneer account a week ago. Submitted all required documents, including passport, which is shown as approved.
    I was sent 50 USD from Pakistan to Europe, just as an initial test for payoneer.
    That was 4 days ago & it hasn't arrived in my bank account yet. On payoneer it's still showing as pending.
    This "initial test" is not going well!!!

    I've been using the service for more than 1 year and now it's been 5 days but my payment still shows pending. This is the first time this happened and I've already submitted the documents before but it still won't fix it. Can you please fix this?
