You have the option to withdraw from Stripe to your Payoneer account if you wish to. In order to do so, you need to enter the Global Payment details of the currency you wish to get paid in to the banking section of your Stripe account. But before doing so, you may also need to make sure a credit or debit card (with available funds on it) is linked to your Stripe account, because websites and online services usually charge a small amount to confirm the process. The amount of this charge may vary, and is generally between $1-3.

    Hello,
Is Stripe is actually officially supported? Because from what I read from Stripe employee is basically contradicting your statement. They said they don't accept virtual US Bank Account as the bank needs to have physical location and I assume Payoneer isn't?

@Ran_TH The banks used by payoneer are not virtual, they are physical entities existing in the United States of America, such as "Bank of America" or "First Century Bank". They are bank accounts with special characteristics but they are bank accounts that physically exist. So I do not see any problem in transferring money from stripe to payoneer using Global Payment

Well said, @guido0671. The bank accounts provided, while real, are only meant for receiving purposes.

@Ran_TH, Stripe and other eWallets such a PayPal sometimes have an issue accepting our banking details because of the verification process. EWallets will usually send a small payment to the bank to verify, then they will try to take the payment back. As we only provide receiving accounts, funds are never able to be taken out. This is usually where issues can arise, so we advise to use a card for verification, then add our banks.

While Stripe is not an official partner of Payoneer, we have many users who use Stripe to get their funds into Payoneer successfully using the Global Payment Service.

    Thank you!

hi, i already have Payoneer. And I will apply for Paypal. It seems I can NOT use Global Receiving Accounts while appliying to Paypal due to reasons you explained above. In this case can you please confirm I can apply Paypal with Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard? Thanks.

Hey @msaglam. Plenty of our users are able to receive payments from PayPal using their Global Payment Service details. While it is true that PayPal does not allow virtual banking details, we have many users who have been able to successfully use their Global Payment Service details.

Alternatively, you can use a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard to establish the connection to PayPal, to answer your question.

    Thank you!

I just received a payment from stripe today from Global mass payment since I run an e-commerce store but this has not reflected in my Payoneer account. How long will it take for these funds to reflect and be shown in my Payoneer account?

HI there @misterking . It typically takes 3-5 business days for us to receive, review, and load a payment send via the global payment service. So it should not be much longer before the funds reflect.
