Invalid Card Issuer Problem - Card Declined BY Dutch-Bangla Bank ATM!

Dutch-Bangla Bank ATM has declined my card after entering the withdrawal amount and shows "Invalid Card Issuer"...At first, I thought its maybe some kind of networks problem. I've tried several times over the last few days but, got the same error message.

I've contacted the bank and they told me that its not their problem. So I've contacted Payoneer CS but unfortunately, they couldn't even solve it.... :(

Has anyone had a similar problem?

    Hey @MHsujon,

    Our team has been made aware of an issue when you try to use the card at Dutch-Bangla Bank branded ATMs. There is an issue with the processor when trying to use those banks. Our team is aware of it and is working on a solution.

    In the mean time, we would advise to use an entirely different ATM (one that is not Dutch-Bangla), get cash by selecting the cashback option at a point of sale, or withdrawing to your local bank.

    i face same issue dbbl also brac bank, you can use city bank atm

    still i see the problem today. then i tried Brac Bank ATM then succeed.
