One of the most convenient features Payoneer offers is our Bank Transfer service. With just a few clicks, you can easily withdraw your funds directly to your local bank! Have a question about making a withdrawal from your Payoneer account? Here are the most popular questions and answers related to making bank withdrawals -

1. Why is my bank transfer delayed?
The loading time for your funds to reach your bank can range from as early as within a few hours to up to 5 business days. The timeframe completely depends on your local bank and processor or intermediary banks involved in the transfer. Once the funds are sent out from Payoneer's system, Payoneer does not control the overall speed of the transfer. There are a couple of simple reasons a bank transfer can arrive later than normal such as bank holidays, weekends and incorrect bank details. If more than 5 business days (Monday - Friday) have passed and your transfer has not reached your bank yet, the first step is to download a Transfer Confirmation.

Use the Transfer Confirmation to review your bank account information and check your bank details are correct. You can provide this Transfer Confirmation directly to your local bank to allow them to trace the funds. If this still doesn't help, no need to worry! Contact Customer Support for further assistance.

2. What are the minimum and maximum amounts I can withdraw?
A common question is what are the minimum and maximum amounts you can withdraw to your local bank. This depends on a couple of different factors such as your specific bank and the currency of your bank account.
You can easily check the minimum and maximum amounts your able to withdraw to your local bank under the "Amount to Withdraw" field on the withdrawal screen.

3. What are my withdrawal fees?
The fees applied to your withdrawal depend on the type of withdrawal. The relevant fees are displayed to you on the "Withdrawal Summary" page shown before you confirm the withdrawal. You can also view any relevant fees for your account under the "Help" menu - select "Pricing & Fees".

Corresponding Bank Fees - Please note, if the withdrawal requires sending a USD wire transfer, other banks involved in the transfer sometimes charge correspondent fees. Additionally, your bank may charge landing fees for the transfer. In this case, Payoneer does not have control over the additional fees as they are deducted by other banks.

4. How do I add a bank account or delete an old one?
If you need to update your bank details, you can manage your bank accounts in Payoneer under the "Settings" menu - select "Bank Accounts". If adding a new bank account, please note it must be approved before a withdrawal can be made to it. This can take a few hours or up to 3 business days. You'll receive an email as soon as it's been approved!
Note: If you have funding sources linked to a bank account you may need to contact support for assistance with moving your funding sources from the old bank account to the new one.

    Hello Payoneer support,

    I want to create Payoneer account but as I see Afghanistan is not there in the list under "Bank Country", could you please confirm whether Afghanistan is supported by Payoneer? but as there are some Pakistani banks which also have their banches in Afghanistan such as bank Alfalah, habib bank, National bank of paksitan so my quesiontion is Does Payoneer support Pakistani Banks with branches in Afghanistan?

    Our account holders from Afghanistan can withdraw to a USD or EUR bank account in a different country only. We are sorry for this inconvenience. The minimum amount for withdrawing funds to a bank account is $1,000/€1,000 (depending on the currency of your bank account).

    What is the problem in making deals with Afghan banks for withdrawing to Afghan banks? We have AIB bank who are payoneer in all the international transactions and deals, you may make discuss and make deals with them !

    Hi, @wasel

    We are unfortunately unable to perform bank transfers to Afghanistan at the moment. Currently you can apply for an account and access your funds either by using a Payoneer card, either by withdrawing your earnings to a USD or EUR bank account in a different country. We do hope that the situation will change soon.

    Hello, I have been sent $29.59 but when trying to withdraw it says "Amount available for withdrawal is less than allowed minimum". Please can you advise how I can get my money out? Many thanks :-)

    In order to make a transfer from your Payoneer account to your bank account:

    1. Log in to your Online Payoneer Account -- under the “Withdraw” tab, select "To Bank Account"
    2. If this is your first attempt to withdraw funds, please click on the “Add new” button and proceed to the account registration - follow the instructions on the page
    3. If you already have a withdrawal account approved by Payoneer - select the requested card/currency balance that you want to withdraw from.
    4. Select the bank account you want to withdraw funds to, enter the requested “Amount,” “Withdrawal Description,” and then click "Review"
      Note: You could input the amount that you would like to withdraw from your currency balance, or the settled amount that you wish to receive in the target bank account currency.
    5. Review the details of your withdrawal and make sure everything is correct, then mark the checkbox I approve this transaction and click "Withdraw".

    We recommend that you contact our customer care team regarding your personal withdrawal methods.

    Hello, I received my first payment in the amount of 28$ after taxed. I tried to get it to my Brazilian Bank account but got a message saying that "The quantity available for withdrawal is less than the minimum allowed" So I want to know what's the minimum I need to have here to be able to transfer to my Bank account in Brazil, please.

    You are able to withdraw to a bank account in Afghanistan, but the currency will have to be set to USD, EUR, or GBP. It cannot be in the local currency. You can always contact us directly for more information!

    Hello there

    i have this problem that i entered the wrong account number but the payment came back and i want to change the transaction from the old to the new account number i added, because the transaction came from fiverr i couldn't change it there

    i contacted costumer support 2 time and they only answered with copy paste answers

    so please if someone ecountered this before, what should i do now ?

    You can add a new bank account and request that your Fiverr's Method of Payment is updated to in your Payoneer account. Please contact us and we will be glad to guide you in how to do this.

    In order to begin making payments to your recipient you must first add the Bank Account details using the Bank Accounts Feature. Once you have added an account, you can begin making payments.

    Please note that this service can only be used for business purposes. The service cannot be used to transfer funds for any other reason such as sending money to a friend or family member.

    How to add a bank account to make payments to recipients or accounts not under your personal name

    1. Select Bank Accounts under Settings
    2. Select Recipient bank accounts
    3. Click Add bank account
    4. Fill out the form with the details
