Terms For Password Creation

Could you provide terms for creating password?

Why I asked above question, because in this forum is a lot of member that experienced 'i cannot logged in to my account' like I do.

I have experienced the same thing a month ago, till my account is blocked, to reset my password i have to wait my card.
Yesterday my Payoneer Debit Card is arrived and I able to reset my password, system said i have reset my password successfully , but again... I CAN'T LOG IN to my account, I try to log in again till my account is blocked again. Yes! you have guess my next move, I reset my password again. But again.... <img class=" /> I cannot log in to my account and guess what? Yes I retry to log in till my account blocked again, and like usually I reset my password again.

After reset my password, guess what? Wrong! You must be guess I cannot log in to my account again hehehe... This time I can logged in to my account successfully.

After go trough that experience, I come up with a conclusion.
When I fail to log in:
1. My password have long length character.
2. My password have special character.

Now, when I success: I just try to provide simple password (I was just want to test it, but it worked! :))

But although I can log in, I don't want create password like my current one (security issue... this place is where my money will transit!)

So could you provide a guide or tutorial on HOW TO CREATE PASSWORD AND TERMS FOR PASSWORD CREATION?

    The password for your Payoneer My Account needs to be:

    • at least 7 characters long (max 18 characters)
    • include at least (1) alphabetic character (a-z)
    • include at least (1) numeric digit (0-9)


    In regards to your specific issue, please PM me the e-mail your Payoneer account e-mail, and I'll be happy to look in to it.

    Just a-z alphabetic character? Can I use A-Z character?

    By the way a few minutes ago i was want to try to change my password again and I discover that your change password (i change my password after i logged in) form in just accept 18 character length in maximum.
    So the term will be more accurate if:
    - at least 7 characters long and 18 character length in maximum.

    Correct me if I'm wrong :D

    And yes, you can use capitalized letters also.

    I was try to change my password with password character containing (a-z;A-Z;0-9) and it working! Thanks Nissim for your info.
    And I will looking forward for your update :)

    FYI, (correct me if I'm wrong in this part :))

    • include at least (1) alphabetic character (a-z)
    • can include alphabetic character (A-Z)
    • include at least (1) numeric digit (0-9)
    • no special character

    I believe that your password can include a special character, it's simply not required.
