Funds transfered from payoneer to local bank account but didn't receive

I contacted to payoneer team they are not responding well..
what i should do now ??

No one is helping me.I didn't receive funds in my bank account more than 15 days passed ??
Who is responsible for this ? You actually are not sending my money in my account ?

Dear @Zee901 we understand that the payment has not reached your bank account yet and we would like to let you know that we truly apologize for the inconvenience. This issue was not put aside, it is currently being handled by our global transfer team to further investigate the reason that caused the delay. Because of the investigation, this type of issue can take a bit longer however, do not worry, you will be updated as soon as there will be any update!

If you made the withdrawal on March 19th, there is nothing to worry about at this point. Transfers take 3-5 business days, and this transfer was two days ago.

on 8th May 2019, i withdrawn amount to my local bank, HBL and still didnt received any money.
Kindly help me out. 4 business days have been passed.

In order to proceed with this matter, first, please verify that the bank account details you've entered in your Payoneer account are correct.To do so, please login to your online account and follow the instruction bellow:
Click on the "Transactions" tab in your account
Locate the withdrawal which is late in the list of transactions
Click the paper icon to the right of the withdrawal details
In the Transaction Details which open, choose "Get Confirmation"Once done, you need to contact the support via email, phone at 1-646-658-3695, or via our social media platform by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter in order to inform our representative that your payment did not arrive on time and to also let them know if your bank account details are correct or not so they can further assist.
