Documents approved but bank account status still in "action required" status

Hello Guys,
Can anyone from support help me to get my account approve as it has been pending for over 5 days already. My documents are already approved but still my bank account status has not been lift up.
It said "action required" but i didn't receive any email for what action i should be doing.
Please I need your help as neither chat or send message support are not giving any help.

Hi @dewi97. Sometimes the review process on an application can take some time as we do need to translate and review the documents you provide. I sent the approval department a message to update them on this request. You should hear back from them within the next 3-5 business days.
