Payment in Hold - Payment under review for 11 days now!

My client payment send 26/10/2018 today is 05/11/18 but still my payment under review.
My client already sent required document for reviews
I already haved 2 chats.....
What is the solution?Is it possible to cancel the payment?

To cancel a payment, please contact the support center directly via Chat, email or by phone at 1-646-658-3695.
