ordering payoneer card without 30$ balance

Hello, I am working with one of payoneer partners (CPa companies) and as to the information, by connecting my account to them I can order payoneer card even without having 30$ on my payoneer account, as this will be deducted when I ll receive my payment on it. IS it true????
I have connected my account to them and it was added as a funding source to my acc. Now I am wondering when will payoneer contact me and ask my shipping details for the card ? Thx in advance

    Hi there,

    You would have had to select the "prepaid card" option, and then completed registration with a new e-mail to have had a card sent to you. It seems that you have added the account to your existing Payoneer account, which would still mean you need $30 for the card.

    If you want to try this process again, you could contact our customer support and ask them to remove the funding source from your account so that you could reapply for a card.

    Yes, I connected my existing account which was verified with my local Bank details , it just said that you can connect that form with my acc if I had existing one so I did it. Please what should I do now to order a card right away? Delete this account and register again ? If so , how can I safely delete it so I won't be banned for multiueser. I also want to add bank acc as well later on . I wrote a ticket to your support center but still no answer in 3 days. Please help me out on this , you are the only hope. thx very much

    Hi there,

    As per my previous message, I would suggest to contact our customer support and ask them to remove the funding source from your account so that you could reapply for a card.

    They will need to remove the funding source, and allow you to sign up properly, with a different e-mail.

    Yes, I connected my existing account which was verified with my local Bank details , it just said that you can order card only if there is at least 30$ in account.. and i cannot deposit the money from local bank,as i am sticked with mastercard ordering... can i get some hint for the solution?

    Hi there,

    As per my previous two messages, what would need to happen is that the funding source has to be removed from your Payoneer account.

    This is something that only our customer support team can do.

    Please reach out to them to formally make this request so that you can apply for a card through your funding source directly.
