Global Payment Service, which to choose?

My client is trying to send me a payment using the Global Payment Service, and I've provided him with my receiving details that is found on the Global Payment Service of my account. He's trying to send me through Bank of America. We don't know whether to input as a personal account or a business account. We've tried doing inputting my name as the account name though but it keeps saying that there's no matched account. Can someone help me to those who have tried getting paid using GLobal Payment Service and uses the Bank of America as their receiving account?

    Hi,

    Could you make sure he is sending the funds using ACH local transfer? Additionally, please make sure the sender is sending funds from a company bank account (in a company name), and not a personal bank account. Sending it using a personal bank account for USD would cause the transfer to be unsuccessful.

    I can confirm that it's a business account, now they're asking for an address. The problem is I'm out side U.S and from the screenshot they gave, Bank of America asks for an address inside the U.S. What address should I provide?

    Are direct deposits allowed for Global Payment Services? My client will send me a payment through Bank of America. We just don't know how will he transfer accounts on my account. On one of a thread we searched here says that we can do both ACH or direct deposits, though on my GPS page, it says that only ACH transfers are allowed. BofA has direct deposit forms but it says that it's non-federal? We're a bit lost. Can you help me on this?

    If BOFA's direct deposit method is ACH transfer, this will be fine. This is probably a better question for BofA.
