ATM Issue - My money has been lost

Hello team,
I've request my money on local bank atm and atm machive give me error "your card has a chip problem" and get back my card. I tried again but atm said "you are reached your daily limit" but I didn't get any money.

After one day I've checked my transacions on Payoneer Account Page and it shows: COMPLETED. I've wait 7 days but still there is no money in my account. How can we solv this issue ? It's very important for us because transaction was completed but I didn't get any money.

Issue date: 10.07.2019 (7 days ago)

    Hi there, you should get the declined amount back on the card on the 23rd of the month. If the funds are charged (disappear from pending status) please contact us and we can file a dispute.

    Dear @KazPayoneer there is no back money. Today is 26th or July. still shows charged please create a dispute immediately :neutral: my money still lost. @EdwinPayoneer @morga

    Especially within similar date ranges (10-11 July 2019)

    Could you speed up the process?

    In these cases there would be no way to speed up the process. But I will have a look into your accounts and see what we can do in the time being.

    Probably our branch has placed a temporary hold for the indicated amount. Please focus on it.

    still waiting my money there is no chargeback process :(
