On dated 18th of July $1,000 USD auto-transfer from my Payoneer id to my Bank, but I didn't get any information regarding this fund transfer, not even I to get my fund to my mentioned bank account. Now it's completed 12 days and 10 working days but still, I didn't get my payments on my bank. May I know that what actually happened in this transaction? And when will I get my payments? I have been communicated to you through customer support center box, whereas it is I didn't get any reply from you. Please revert back my queries ASAP.

Hi @johnkonnor , thank you for raising your concerns

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the transfer to your bank account on time. In that case, you first need to verify that the bank account details you have registered on your Payoneer account are correct. To do so, you need to log in to your Payoneer online account. Once you have logged in, please follow these steps:
Click on the "Transactions" tab in your account
Locate the withdrawal which is late in the list of transactions
Click the paper icon to the right of the withdrawal details
In the Transaction Details which open, choose "Get Confirmation"

Once done and you have verified whether the details are correct or not, you have to contact the support and let them know. If you do not receive any response via email, we recommend that you contact the support via Chat, via phone at 1-646-658-3695 or by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter.
