Can't Add a Store in Store Manager because my name in amazon store doesn't accept here

I have a problem and i need your help. I'm in the process of setting up an account on amazon and specific at "Identity Verification" section for uploading a bank statement. I can't connect a store because my name in amazon is with (-) between words and it is invalid here in my payoneer. It says "The store name may only include letters, numbers and characters such as ! : * ? " ( ) |" What should i do? Appreciate any help. Thank you in advanced!

    Does exist another way to receive a bank statement for Amazon "Identity Verification" except connect store?Please answer if somebody knows something..I've been looking for solutions many hours and nothing yet!!!!

    Unfortunatelly they don't do much!!!! iam looking for another way to take bank statement excpept connect Amazon store!!!

    Hi, sadly, the way that they provided is the only way to solve this issue. We are also unable to submit stores that have special characters in the name.
