Why is the global payment service not showing up on my account

  i cant find "Global Payment Service" on My Account , I can't find Global payments service on the options.

  This is happening because you are not eligible for the service at the moment. This was a recent change done to new accounts. We hope to restore it in the future. But as of now, sadly it is unavailable.
