Withdrawal rejected by the bank but the money is still not on my Payoneer Acoount after 14 days.

I withdrew money from Payoneer on 12 July 2019 to my bank account. The same day i got a phone call from the bank, they informed me that the transfer is rejected because my name info was wrong (I checked my Payoneer Account about it and they were right, i wrote my name wrong). Then i fixed the problem on my bank info and started to wait for the money to come back to my Payoneer account.
There was an information on the FAQ page that when there is a problem like i had, it may take 14 business days.
Well, 14 business days have passed. I wrote to the customare care, I tried to get information from the live chat but couldn't get any answer. They just told me that they will send a request to the payment department and i should expect an update via email which i did not recieved. I need help.
