How to lower the minimum Withdrawal limit?

I currently have 148$ In my payoneer account and i need them as soon as possible but i can't withdraw them to my account because the minimum amount i can withdraw is 300$, it was 50$ when i first withdrawn to my account. Why did it rise up and can it be lowered?

    @morga I withdraw to my bank account in local currency but my threshold is $100, can you please change it to $50.

    I see. It looks like you may be in Pakistan. We are, unfortunately, unable to lower the limit to 50.
