Account Verification

Everything was going good and then after 3 payments, i got an email from payoneer to verify my account. So first i did not understand what exactly they are asking for? so i called the helpline and they did not explained me well that what exactly is the requirement. So after reading the email 10 times, i figured that they are asking for to verify my line of business by submitting some site that proves that i am a have business which i do not have cause i am solo Freelancer who work for this individual who is even the founder of the company. So i submitted my Facebook account first and then my employment contract. The EC was approved but they declined the URL verification and after waiting for a week, my payment was canceled. I called the helpline and asked what exactly the problem is, she told me that my Line of Business is not verified so i need to submit some other proof for that. its been 3 days that i have submitted all the Social media links that i can to prove that i am legit working for this project which is a small one and my payment request are legit. Today i received an email informing me that its under review and to my surprise

We will advise you in future for the payment being under review (what do you mean by this?)

what is this? do i have to verify the payment every time i make a request, i do not but its all sound very confusing and its been 2 weeks that i cannot receive any payment and i need to pay my bill as well.
i hope someone from the payoneer calls me and explain what is it they want?

    Hi, you only need to verify your payment method once. Once it's approved there wouldn't be any delays.

    i applied for payoneer account since 10 days ago but i not received verification yet, kindly approve my account as soon as possible. thank you
