why my account not confirmed yet even after submission of line of business and national ID card pic

its been 8 days since i submitted my Line of business and National Identity card's clear photo, but still neither i get my account approved nor i received any further email. when i will be able to receive payments from my UK based clients?
when i open up my account, this message is being shown at it

"Your USD Balance is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days"
what is the status of my application ? when i will be able to receive money and master card? when i will get 25$ signing up bonus?

    Same problem. I'm still waiting for my account to be approved. I've emailed twice and received only automatic responses. I tried calling but- as I had to pay international charges- swiftly ran out of credit while on hold. I opened my application on the second of July and have now been waiting 9 business days for a response. I provided the additional information (My passport) on the same day. Could somebody please get back to me? I'm really at the end of my tether with this.

    Oh yeah, and I can't connect to the live chat server for whatever reason.

    Yeah me neither, there is always "There was a problem connecting to the Chat Server.".

    Iam in the same position, when i submit my application, it shows that "we can only allow one person To get an account "And that i shall contact shows it when i enter my email address, and when i want to re enter the same mail address,that message appears. And Its when iam under the topic Global payment services. I can not received payment because iam not received full détails of my account, like the routing number ,swift code and more.

    Hello, i have submitted the required additional docs since July 22 and now its aug 10 still no response, i have contacted customer support but all i get are auto response, can someone please help me?
