Verify a supplier payment

On 5th August, I was asked to verify some more information. I uploaded required documents, but they rejected on 7 August. Then I upload again and I verified my address but no response from Payoneer. Why it is taking so much time?
More you should not allow user to receive payment with Payoneer if you think they are not fully verified. I need this money I requested by hoping I will receive money as early as possible but you need verification and I am stuck now. I need my money its 8th day payment released I am stuck here and very frustrated with this services. Please help me out. Thanks
