request a payment for individuals

When i trying to request a payment , no option for individuals appears , only from companies.
Can anyone help me?

    Hi, it may be that your account is not eligible for this service yet. The request a payment service is a feature that is unlocked once you have received at least 5k in payments from companies.

    But the company I work for has asked me to request 30$ from them so that I could order a Payoneer card.

    If your account is not able to send requests, you would need to follow up with this company to see if there's another way they can pay you without a request.

    Is it possible to delete this account and then open a new one with the same bank account?
