Can't order card even tho i have 43€ on it.

Hello,
As the title states I have a balance of 43€ which is more than the equivalent of 30$ but I still can't order a card.
That being said I did contact the support and they said :
"The option to order the card will become automatically available on your online Payoneer account once you have received at least $30 (or the USD equivalent) in payments, not including in-network payments (Make a Payment) and payments from e-wallets such as PayPal or Skrill."
Ok, now I got that part, the part I did not get is how the hell on earth am I supposed to receive my card..the balance I had was from a stripe account that i own.
I am in the drop shipping business which means that I always need cash flow in order to fulfill my clients orders..
The only way I can make ads so I can get more clients & more cash flow is using the money I earned which is ON THIS ACCOUNT
I cannot link my bank account to PayPal & use my funds and I cannot transfer them to my local bank account "Minimum is 1000"
Now I simply do not know what I should do in order to actually receive my card & start using it..
If anyone has a solution, please do tell I will be forever grateful to you.
If there is none I guess I just lost 40$ which is better than a few thousands..
Some infos that might help :
I currently live in Algeria.
My store is located within Shopify database.
I can backup all the required documents.
I would like to access my money so i can keep making money.. :smiley:

Hey @powerlower,
The Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard, as you already know, is subject to eligibility. There are some payments that do count for eligibility and some that do not count for eligibility. For instance, any payments received from eWallets such as Stripe, PayPal, or Skrill, as well as payments received from other Payoneer users through the "Make a Payment" option, do not count for eligibility for the card.
You would need to receive payments through the Global Payment Service (company bank accounts doing a local transfer to your Payoneer account), or from mass payout companies who use Payoneer as a payment method (such as Fiverr, or Upwork) in order to become eligible for the card.
Unfortunately there is not a workaround for that, so should you need assistance in how to specifically receive your funds in accordance to your account, please connect with our customer care department directly for assistance using our support center.

Thanks for the answer, if i connected my bank account(In transferwise & in Euro) to my payoneer account and sent 30€ from transferwise to my bank account(transferwise -> payoneer) would i then be able to receive my card.
If so how long is it going to take and what fees should i excpect !

Hi, @powerlower. This type of payment would not count, as payments from Transferwire are virtual payments. This would fall under the realm of an eWallet, which do not count to receive the card.

I did a small research and realised that if I get 30€ in my account of peopleperhour I might be able to order the card.
I already have a Visa card with my local bank so what I want to ask you is if I pay "myself" 30€ using peopleperhour then withdraw that 30 euros to my payoneer bank account will I then be able to order the card?
I am being resilient about the card because I really need it to grow my incoming business and keep the cash flow coming...

In case if you will receive at least $30 from PeoplePerHour you will be able to order the card. However, please make sure to refrain from sending funds directly from your bank account or card, as self funding is not supported by Payoneer.

Hi @DianAzmi, the $25 bonus is not awarded upon registration. You would need to receive a number of payments into your account over your first year to receive the bonus.
Hi @Firdaus98 Yes it does, once you sign up using a referral link from an existing Payoneer account holder, the reward is credited to your account after you have received a specific amount of payment.

This is likely because the way you have received payments does not qualify you. Payments received from PayPal, Skrill, Stripe, or any other eWallet do not qualify you for the card. Payments received from another Payoneer user also do not qualify you. The payments need to be from a mass payout company that we work with, or from a US company's bank account.
Unfortunately, if you only use Payoneer to receive payments from PayPal, you would not be able to become eligible for our card.

i've the balance of $1500 so how can you tell the account you provided has not received a payment of this amount
If you've received the payment from another Payoneer user, it doesn't count towards the card.
Yes, payments from Fiverr will count.
