Hi there @John_Davis1 The ID you submitted is unclear- we can barely see the picture. Please make sure you send our team a clearer picture in light so that we can see the details clearly. Furthermore, we require a complete residential address, not a P.O. Box address

I contacted morga once before about this issue, morga sent me an email asking me to confirm the information for approval, but now it's been over 3 days since I provided it, I'm in a hurry. . Actually this makes me very tired. My account has never been approved here.

I am experiencing some issue in my verification status. I sent pictures of my National ID and that picture of face with National ID and current date on page, but both of times they were not accepted and got the following reply . File was not copy of the copy, both two sided were uploaded. Can any one guide me what to do ?

I'm Samina Kausar,
I'm facing issues with my account approval since long.
I provided the scanned ID card and it got approved, but fir the additional documents I provided "Held Id" photo and got denied twice.
It was a clear picture of me holding ID card in one hand and the date on a page in the other hand, I don't get the reason of denial of my application.
And I'm very disappointed by the customer support team, they don't reply well and just send an automated email.
My payments are due, and I'm facing this issue, I don't know what to do. Plzz guide me,

@SaminaKausar We are sorry to hear of your frustration with our services Samina. We do see that yesterday your ID and address were approved, but we are still waiting on a valid and clear held ID. Unfortunately we cannot proceed in approving your account without this. The held ID you are providing us is not good because we cannot see you, we can only see the information you are holding. We need to see both you and the ID+paper with the date as this is the whole point of a held ID- to see it matches. We appreciate your cooperation.
@hassan_cs93 We can see our team advised you yesterday that both the ID and the held ID are of low quality and unclear and so it cannot be accepted. Please provide both in higher quality ensuring all details are readable.
