I made the withdrawal on 08/14/2019 and today is 08/27/2019 and my money has not yet arrived transaction id is 143547350.

    the details are not correct the bank account cpf is wrong and I can't change it and the money won't go to the bank or back to my account

    Hi there,

    If the details are incorrect, we need to wait for the transfer to return to the system. Typically what happens is that the bank rejects the transfer and returns it. This process is completely out of our control, as you can imagine. It can take up to 14 business days to get the funds back.

    Hi, our transfers are meant to be received in 3-5 working days. Today would only be the 2nd working day. Most of our users receive most of their transfers sooner than 3-5. However if it occurs that it takes 3-5 working days there should be no cause for concern there.
