What causes this? "10413: Service not enabled for payee"

    Thanks for the response Edwin. This message is received when trying to pay an Avaza invoice with Payoneer enabled as a payment provider.

    Cómo hago para estar habilitado para realizar un pago urgente. Me envía a otra cuenta sin yo tener quién me realice otro pago. Ya no trabajo con la agencia que me pagaba.

    Hi there,

    If you are seeing this error message, it means that the Payoneer account that is associated with the invoice (the person who is being paid) is not enabled for the feature to send payment requests.

    The feature to send payment requests (request a payment), is generally an unlockable feature on a Payoneer account. One would need to receive 5000 in total payments to unlock it. Once the feature is unlocked, you would be able to send payment requests out of the account.

    Invoicing software (like Avaza) that can be integrated with Payoneer is not a way to bypass this requirement, so if you are the one who is trying to pay, the person has to have unlocked the payment request feature in order for it to be successful.

    I will keep the thread open in case anyone has questions, as I know this can be a confusing concept to grasp.

    This is a new rule that was recently implemented?

    Because this seems to be happening for users who could previously use Payoneer to receive payments.

    Hi there,

    This has been in practice since at least 2018 when the new revision on our payment request system was established. Once you are eligible for that feature, though, you can add and use invoicing software in conjunction with your Payoneer account.
