Hi, i have received payment from one of my client through SEPA. It has been 4 days since payment is in pending and i already sent you requested details regarding type of service provided.

It's my humble request please solve this matter and clear my payment. I shall be very thankful to you.

    It happened to me about 2 months ago. Then I got my payment 5 days later.

    @mamir if the payment is still pending, you should have been asked to provide details for review, to check if the sources of the payment complies with the terms ans conditions. Did you receive an email which was asking for information?

    Hi! Mine is of the same situation too. Why is it that every time we send invoices and receive payments, this happens? It really takes longer than PayPal. Such a shame that you are not fixing this issue.

    @M_L this is not an issue, it can sometimes take longer than excepted for a payment to be loaded because our payment team is requesting information to verify the source of the payment, this is done for security reasons.

    Yeah i have received email and i replied it immediately. It has been almost 4 days. This is not fair at all.

    We understand the inconvenience, however, our payment team reviews the payments that arrives to our system in order to comply with the terms and conditions of the different institutions and government we work with and therefore the loading time may sometimes take longer.

    iTm having the same issue.. i received a payment from a client through SEPA and its been pending since yesterday, no email or anything. please clear my transaction. thank you in advance.

    ive been doing that for almost 2 weeks and my transaction is still pending. every time i talk to someone new they tell me 2-3 business days. such delays are unfair especially when funds are meant for time sensitive projects

    I am sorry about this @Iasiedu. At times a payment review can take longer due to its complexity, document requirements, or even the Payment review departments queue. I am sure it will not be much longer for this to be done for you.

    The good news is that once this review is complete, it should lower the frequency of similar reviews in the future.

    Im new in payoneer but have the same proble. Why did you team doesn't email me to inform which information that have to fulfil? when do I got my payment from pending status since I have fill out all you want today

    Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"

    Hello, I'm facing the same issue on my account, i received a payment from my online advertising company "Adcash" 5 days now, still pending. sent messages several times to payoneer, they keep on asking me to verify my payment, when i checked my account, mo was no errors, the company send me my money with email associated with my payoneer.. so frustrating.

    POSSIBLE FRAUD DURING WITHDRAWAL?
    Hello, I made a request for withdrawal to my bank (08-08-2019) and everything proceeded okay - I received a Payoneer email titled "Your Withdrawal Request Has Been Received" as well as a Payoneer dashboard notification that the withdrawal had been processed. No funds received to date (12-08-2019)

    A short while later on the same day, I received a new email from a third party company called "Exchange4free" with embedded URL's to sign some tax form. Strangely while there was no reference to the Payoneer reference numbers or anything, the correct amount was shown. I can find no reference on Payoneer website for a company called Exchange4free and I know that it is best practice never to follow embedded email links. Can you please confirm if there would be any third party interaction or requirement in such a way? I do not want to click embedded links from unknown places but am concerned this is delaying the process in some way as I have not received the funds yet.

    Basic draft of the email I received is as follows (hyperlinks and personal info removed):

    From: reporting @ exchange4free . com
    Subject: [Action Required] Your payout for ZAR XXXXX

    JM has a pending payout of ZAR XXXX for you. To receive your payout via bank transfer, the South African Reserve Bank requires that you fill out a short reporting form

    @JasonMuller South Africa Exchange Control Regulations require all recipients to complete an online Reporting Mandate form each calendar year in order to receive international payments. This will have been requested from our provider in South Africa, Exchange4Free.

    Please check your email for this request and submit this requirement as soon as possible.

    Your Customer Support Center's website is also not responding. Each time i tried to login, your web was keep loading. Please check the problem. I really need my payments which you have kept them in pending.     Hi there @sharannfo We can see that the payment was approved- please check the estimated loading date on your online account to see when the credit card payment will load onto your account

    My payment has been pending since yesterday...I also submitted my required document & it has been approved but my money is still pending. because of this i even contacted support and was told between 2 - 3 business days. please Kindly approve my money. It is really important to have money.

    We are a sales company of computer equipment and computer service. we sell our equipment on different European marketplace. we have already passed the validation process of our payment source and we have received several payments. however, this time the payment are pending since September 27.

    I have been waiting for more than 8 days for a pending transaction to come through. At first, I have been told it will take 1-2 days to come through. Yesterday morning I was told that it will be through in the course of that day, so in a few hours. I woke up this morning, the money is still not through. What is happening? Why is this taking so long??? Why do you guys keep telling me estimates that (of course) are not true, since I was told 2 days max, and now are at more than 8, and I still don't have the money. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I talked with the support 4 times, but the offices and the live chat is closed today. My Id 33425673. Please help me.
