Account is under review for more than a month

My account is under internal review for more than a moth, every day some one from the chat will feed me the same lies to waiting and that will make sure to resolved it fast, all that for one transaction that if it would bee passed to every employee, the review would have finished long time ago.
Instead customer support is just telling that this is handled by other relevant department and we do not have access, and I just have to live with that and pray my account gets un blocked some day soon ( in the coming 12 month )
This problem started on july and not solved till now !!!
Its one transaction and its simple review it, contact me through email and I will respond with any details wanted.

I am looking every where for any solution to get me paid from upwork other than payoneer because honestly payoneer is making use of the fact that they are the only solution that provide payment for upwork users now with master cards, there should be a competitor in the market

    hello can i get some answer about this inquiry: 190827-012080 and my Transaction ID:145520289
    i have asked for additional information which i have submitted already how long does it take for approval ?
    2. in case they did not approve my documents then how do i get my payment back ?
    3. and how long does it take to get the payment back
    4. and i have transferred this payment from my paypal account so i will get it back to my paypal or how i get it ?

Please make sure to reply as soon as you can so that our team can proceed with reviewing your payment. Such procedures can take between a few business days to a week. If for whatever reason your payment is not approved, reversals take between 7-11 business days to reflect back to the original source.

    i have transferred the same day two payments from different accounts
    one is already under review and the other i still dont know i hope when payoneer receive it they will notify me ?

    The recent payment from yesterday is pending internal review with our payment team which takes up to 2 business days- you will be updated via email on the status of this payment as well

    hello can you recheck for me please the one payment which is pending Transaction ID 145520289 and the same day on 25th August i did second transaction which i still did not get any notification
    what is going on ...............?

    what i can see today there is no one who answer the questions and many members are in troubles
    if the payments are not going to release then it would be kind of you to return them
    its not your right to put your clients and their family and their businesses in troubles
    i hope some one answer as soon as possible and to get out of these troubles

    ok i can understand that but i have still not get any notification about my 2nd transaction till now i had done 2 transactions one is under review and 2nd still no info can you conform that 2nd transaction please maybe also under review and i did not get email or notification ?

    @avtokeysoft just try to reach them by calling and talking directly to support team directly because those guys service here really poor and reply too late

    @avtokeysoft The payment was already cancelled and reversed- this should reflect in 7-14 business days

    Am i able to receive money while my account is in approving status? Because i dont anything than Mass Payout Companies in my RECEIVE account function

    No this is not possible. You can only begin receiving payments once your account is fully approved
