Prepaid card shipping address changed days ago, no response yet.

I changed the shipping address for one that is working in my country thru the options in the payoneer account, didn't got any answere so i did it again following the recommendations in the support page and yet no answer, Almost two weeks has passed.

Also the current state of the approval process for the prepaid card is not showing on my account anymore.
