Verify a supplier payment

Hello. I received a payment on 28th August 2019 from a client. It has since been pending as "Verify a supplier payment". I was requested to send my ID again and update my address. I uploaded a clearer picture of my ID (both sides) as requested and updated my address. Please inform the approval department to check on my documents for verification of the pending payment soonest possible. I really need that money. The delays in approval are quite stressful.

    Hi there @kenney We communicated with our approval team regarding the information but unfortunately we could not approve it based on what you submitted as it was insufficient.
    We will need an ID in higher quality as well as a complete residential address. You can also describe how to reach your house, for example, house with yellow windows 100 meters from church, etc.
    Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"

    Hello @morga Thanks for your response. My ID is quite old so taking a photo is not coming out very clearly. However, I have scanned the ID for a more clear copy and sent it again. I have also updated the address and included the name of the building and the road. I don't have any street name, just a road name and a building name. Hope it will now be approved. Thanks.

    Am relying on that payment to settle my monthly bills. I hope you guys resolve this matter soonest possible. It's really urgent and the delays are quite stressful.

    Thanks so much for following up on the matter. I really appreciate. I have one more problem, am unable to order for a card. The account says I need to have received at least $30 to order for a card. I have already received more than that amount but can't order a card. Please assist on that. Thanks.

    @kenney Receiving payments from other Payoneer Accounts or via Ewallets does not count towards the threshold for ordering a card
    You will need to receive payments from mass payout companies or from companies that pay through the Global Payment Service details
