How do I become a VIP?

My friend and I (both are from the same country, Malaysia) have been using Payoneer for years. My friend exchange rates are always better than mine when we withdraw our money to our bank account. For example, today:

My friend Exchange rate 1.00 USD = 4.154045364 MYR
My Exchange rate 1.00 USD = 4.1204094898 MYR

I understand that my friend is a "VIP" because my friend was invited years ago to be one, and after that, my friend exchange rate just got better.

My question is, how do I become a VIP as well?
