account not approved since last month

Hi i have submitted for verification last month, i am waiting for approval. when can i expect it to be approved to start payments. my Customer ID 31559305 . thanks

    Hi there @sparkit4you We can see that your account is already approved. Please note that account verification happens once you begin receiving payments, not before. But for now, your account is already active and enabled to receive payments.

    hi morga, thanks for replying. i want to pay my developer through payoneer, how can i do that. i cannot see any send option.

    You mean you want to send funds directly from your Payoneer Account to his Payoneer Account?

    The ability to pay other Payoneer users via the Make a Payment function is enabled once our users start receiving payments from individual clients and companies that pay through Payoneer. If you are still receive error messages when trying to pay another user, you will need to receive additional payments before the feature can be enabled.
