My Payoneer Cards blocked in 2015 NEED HELP TO GET NEW ONE

HELLO MY Payoneer Cards HAS BLOCKED IN 4 MARCH 2015. bcz i didnt renwed after losing my email. this year finally i manged to recover the email which i m using also on Payoneer, i been trying since august to reactivate my account and get new card, please i need help. <3

    Hi, if the card was blocked since 2015, I suggest you create a new account using a different e-mail. As the account appears to be an older account we would be unable to renew it. If you'd like to continue activity, please create a new account, with a different e-mail, and you can order the card after receiving payments.
