Global Payment Service Wire USD

So, I have read on several blog and this link: https://blog.payoneer.com/exclusive/wire-transfers-o-n-should-you-use/ that I can now use Global Payment Service to receive wire transfer in USD but Information about this on Payoneer website is sparse and I don't see the Wire USD option in my Global Payment Service yet. How can I apply for one?
