Can I still transfer money from my PayPal to my Payoneer?

So a couple months back my account was deemed not eligible for the following payment services: Request a Payment, Payments initiated by clients. So I stopped using the service altogether. Now I sent a support ticket about this but I'm wondering, can I still transfer money from my PayPal account to my Payoneer account?

    @MrFuzzy332 Yes, at Payoneer, we support the use of eWallets ( PayPal, Skrill, etc ) for clients to transfer funds and get paid to their Payoneer account.
