PENDING PAYMENT (VERIFY A SUPPLIER PAYMENT)

Hello,, I got information from the buyer that he has already transfer for the order and he sent for 4,930.79 USD to my Payoneer account,,
I do not sell on a website, just promotion on my Facebook account, this is the first time I use Payooner, I don't make an invoice to my customers, only orders in chat, what should I do? My customer has received an order but I have not received payment ... and my customer does not want to help to resolve this ... this is a huge loss for me if my money is lost ...please help me...

    my payment was canceled by payoneer ,, i really suffered a big loss on this sale ,,, buyer does not want to send money to me on the grounds that it has paid to payoneer account ,, really cruel to this payoneer regulation ,, oh my god please help me ,,, that is the only money I have for my business,,

    @shoffan21 Please be advised that our department has requested information from you. Please log into your account ---> settings ---> verification center. Submit any requested documents asked of you. Once that is done, our department will then communicate with you.

    If the payment was cancelled, we do sincerely apologize. Please encourage the sender to send the payment back, and we will assist with making sure your account is verified for you to receive payments.

    the sender did not want to send back my money through Payoneer, I was deceived by the buyer because Payoneer canceled the payment, I was processing data to be sent to Payoneer, but Payoneer had canceled the payment before I filled out all the data ...
