Pending approval of the card application

hello
I applied for the Pioneer card in 2014 and so far the application is awaiting approval and we are now in 2019.
What's the problem?
please help

    We can see that you have an old card account which we no longer issue. Please contact our support team directly so they can verify your details and proceed in closing that account. Then, you will be able to reapply for a new account that has all of our new and updated features we now offer.

    Thank you for your help, but how can I communicate with the team and explain my problem as there is no direct email I can explain the problem in and the problems are answered with an automatic response
    Please help.

    You open a ticket via the link provided- there is no direct email address. By opening a ticket, it reaches the customer support inbox

    I have created an order request of New card but over a week my request is still pending, I have also written to support of Payoneer but nothing reply yet. anyone help me

    My account has balance as per required and also send verify documents as per required

    I applied for payoneer master card i submitted all the required information on 14 september and now it is 19 September and i haven't recieved any mail or anything

    I applied for the Pioneer card on Aug 28 its on Pending approval, its about a week now
    haven't received any mail for conformation and approval

    hello please kindly resolve my problem i am awaiting approval of the required document i sent already for the shipping of my prepaid card ,my account has funds and was already deducted charges for expedited shipping

    i can understand with the pandemic it must not be easy but the customer care service is really slow and we need our balances inorder to run our businesses effectively.
