Payoneer account not active

When I try to get paid by TopCoder, it gives a message "Payoneer account is not active". How can I fix this? TopCoder is already added to my funding sources.

    Hi there,

    Sometimes it matters when you have added the TopCoder account. If you've added it today, for example, it can take a good day or so for the change to be updated on TopCoder. If you've added it a few days ago and are having this issue, please contact us for additional assistance.

    I actually added TopCoder account yesterday and now payment is successful. Thanks a lot for help.
