Dear @UmairAbbas We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your card. they are sent via regular mail but since there is no tracking number to trace the card with they can sometimes get lost. For further assistance, we suggets you directly contact our support directly via email, phone, chat or through our social media channels by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter.

It seemed to be a technical issue in your account that the limit was changed to $300. Your account withdrawal limits were moved back down to $50. I am sorry about that!

Sorry about the limits being increased. Due to the high operational costs to withdraw funds to bank accounts in your country, our team had to increase the withdrawal limits. We do apologize for any inconveniences.

You would need to receive a new payment first, then have our customer support order you a new card.
i have recently got payment from my client and it is stuck in verification section but it is bot showing what info i have to verify. i also didn't got any email form payoneer about payment receiving. previously i got email from payoneer but this time no email and payment is stuck too what should i do.i dont even know what thing i have to verify

In regards to your second question, it really is up to you. If you require immediate cash, it is best to withdraw via an ATM.
@messiware You can withdraw your earnings from your Payoneer Account to your local bank account in Pakistan
I created a new account on 18 August 2019. I submitted all the requirements that were asked via the payooner email. Now, they are no open requirements on my account. But , the account is still under review. Also, the status of my bank account shows * Action required* . Bit I didn't received any email regarding that. Now it's been a month and I'm continuously contacting them but nothing is working out for me.
Kindly do something to make my account working as I need to transfer my money from fiver to my payooner account.

I want to ask that my name is nida Ayub khattak.. I made account with nida Khattak and my documents are of nida Ayub. Payoneer customer service said that we will rename your username with your email. I said okay but now my account is not in payoneer and they are not responding not even on email. Live chat is also not showing. Give me the solution.

Pakistani banks playing a very bad game with payoneer cards only.
because payoneer is very successful payment system for freelancers around the world and Pakistani bankers tweet that " just don't allow payoneer to take place in market for Pakistan"
sorry payoneer but since you have no control on MasterCard banks this card is no more useful in Pakistan.
hope soon you should take some action and ask reasons from Pakistani banks and solve this issue before most Pakistani freelancers leave payoneer.
dont take me negative but its really a serious issue for now and future.
@englishh998 Please note that adding a bank account is required as this is the default method for withdrawing your earnings. You can also add a family member's bank account if you do not personally have one
I've created payoneer account and i have submitted all the documents they've asked and they approved my National I D but they didn't approved my URL verification and Global payment service, its been 1 week and still not approved can any one tell me when they will approved or how they will approved my account.
