Account approval is pending

in Payoneer in Pakistan
hi i requested for registration on 6 sep today is 21 sep and my account not approved. i got 2 mails from payoneer is says "Unfortunately, the type of document you sent does not match our request, and we need you to send it again."
and both time i have placed my original NIC document images front and back
please help me!!!

    Use passport instead they just don't recognize urdu language Cnic...!!

    i know some people whose their payoneer account approved with urdu language CNIC and got payonner card

    What about if your cnic is in English issued by pakistan embassy outside pakistan?

    Nope!! my cnic is in Urdu Issued by Govt.

    @salman123 We communicated with our approval team regarding the status of your account. The issue is that the ID you are submitting is insufficient as the quality is poor and unclear. Please submit a clearer copy of your ID or even an alternative ID so long as the copy is clear

    i've applied more than a week ago and still no approval email, i also provided an additional information and still no answer and i need the approval for my online work. please i need to understand what's happening cause i am losing so much time.

    @morga In the section "My verified info" in Verification Center there's 2 requirements which i've already submitted, but status doesn't chage from submitted. Does it always stays like that? Or is that not neccesary for receiving payments al withdrawing to my bank account eventually?

    @erdiegoant Although your account is approved, these requirements will eventually be reviewed by our department when you start receiving payments.
