Payoneer fund pending for 7 weeks

I received just 44usd on 1st of August 2019 from a funding source along with a confirmation email from payoneer. The email states that the fund will be returned by September 15th 2019 if it does not reflect on my account. Had some open requirements on my account settings, so I provided the information required. Today is the 25fh day of the month and the fund is still pending. Tried to contact customer care through love chat and I keep getting this message box. What is happening to payoneer?

    Hello @morga thank you so much for checking this out. However, no such email was sent by your team at any time. When I saw your replay above, I had to double check my mails, searched for the ticket number and then the word "payoneer". If I could files here I would have sent you screenshot of all the messages I received from payoneer so far. Please look into this again.

    I got the email @morga. The refund precess was initiated on 26st September. However, it is yet to reflect on my funding source account. How long does it normally take to complete a refund. Cos I am fully aware that it takes only few minutes to complete a transfer from a funding source to payoneer and not days.
