Withdrawal is still pending

I did a withdrawal transaction yesterday September 26, 2019 but I haven't received any email about my withdrawal request. Then today, I made a withdrawal again then an email was sent to me regarding my withdrawal request. I don't know why my withdrawal yesterday is still pending. Can you help me with this? The amount has been deducted on my Euro balance.

    Hello, the payment is pending due to some outstanding requirements that have not been fulfilled. Please have a look in "verified information" and provide the requested.
