I submitted my passport and answered the questionnaire on 3rd sept,2019. But i didn't receive any emails regarding it. Its been many days after the application. I also withdrew my amount today which is also pending. please see the matter as i submitted all the right documents.

@drk20258 Our team periodically manually reviews payments and accounts for verification purposes. If anything else will be needed, you will be informed directly by them. The withdrawal request was already approved.
