Hello,
I've been waiting for my account approval for several days. I try to get in touch by email and send only an automatic reply. I tried the chat and I could not either. I hope you get the service here.

Hi @NathaliaReis19 if your account was not approved yet. it means that some information was probably missing and in that case an email is sent to you to request for the necessary details. Check your inbox and let us know if you have any question !

Hello!
I have submitted my application since June 3rd, received an email that required me to submit further particulars; of which i did right away! In my account under Verified Information i see no Requirements whatsoever..
My concern is why am not receiving an update on my account reveiw? Its the 6th day today and i'm wondering is everything okay and I should just wait a little longer or what? Please check my account status and verify it will ya..

Hi. They don't work on weekends, I think. I submitted my application on June 2nd and also submitted all the documents immediately and have not received an e-mail later if my account is approved or not. Hopefully, they will take care of that this week.1 -
Hello! I have a similar concern. I have submitted the requirement last June 1 but I got no response after that, it's been over a week already. On my account page, it says "no requirements" at all and yet under status, it is still "Submitted.". I have reached out to the Support Center and all I got were auto-replies.1

I suppose they are just busy? Because, if there is something wrong or missing with our documents, they would probably contact us already. I have heard that some people were waiting for approval from 12 to 22 days. I will give them a few more days, and if I receive nothing, I will call them on the phone.0

Hi,
I'm having a similar problem. I've emailed twice and received only automatic responses. I tried calling but- as I had to pay international charges- swiftly ran out of credit while on hold. I opened my application on the second of July and have now been waiting 9 business days for a response. I provided the additional information (My passport) on the same day. Could somebody please get back to me? I'm really at the end of my tether with this.0 -
