Bank account adding problem

Hello Sir/Madam,
In this account, I can't add my other bank account. when I go to add my bank account then this type of write comes (You have reached the maximum number of bank accounts that can be added. For more information you can click here.).I also want to use the full feature in Payoneer but now I can't use all features in Payoneer. I need help to update my all documents and also a bank account. please help me. Thanks in advance.

    I have added my sister's bank account since last week, they wouldn't approve it because it doesn't match my name. I don't have a bank account yet that's why I'm going to use my sister's bank account. Their LINK on uploading the documents that they need DOESN'T WORK. They told me to wait for 3 DAYS but I haven't received any update from them till now. I have sent them an email but it's taking them years to reply.

    Hi @RabiaRiaz, it should be approved in a few business days.

    @kristineaubrey, when you add your sister's bank account, you have to add the bank account as a supplier account and not a personal account. Follow these steps:

    Select Bank Accounts under Settings
    Select Supplier Accounts
    Click Add bank account
    Fill out the form with the details
