Payment sent promblem

Hi, i want to pay my supplier who doesn’t use payonner. I add my supplier bank account and payonner approved. But when i sent payment its show me "ammount available for payment is less than allowed minimum".
Please inform me whats the allowed amount?

    Im very disappointed on you bank transfer service. Now its 3 weeks ago since I send my money to my local bank account. But until now I dont received it. I send tons of email but no response from you! I already call my bank but there is no transaction from you. Where did you put my money?! I transfer money yesterday using transferwise same bank account and it arrives in just 1 day. I regret using your services! No response and very unproffesional!
