Everything is alright with my card, expiration date, enough funds, correct pin. But every time I try to use it, on every atm and every store all transactions are declined. Are there any information that Payoneer required and I haven’t sent? I filled a business line verification form on 16th November and this has been happening a few days before that. I am not sure whether that filled form is approved and whether the problem is in there. HELP!
