I blocked my card myself from customer support but now unable to bank transfer to my account?

Hi payoneer community,

Hope all of you fine & doing well. This is my first post in this community platform.
Few days ago about 2-3 days i chat with payoneer customer support and ask to block my card because i have no card and even not using this but 29$ annual fee deducted from my account so i asked to blocked my card.
They block my card as per requested but now i am unable to transfer funds to my local bank account :( It's shows red in selected card which is blocked, its show balance above but when i click funds transfer its show 0 in available.

IS SOMETHING DID WRONG? IF mt card is blocked i am unable to transfer funds into my local bank account? OR it's bug?

Please help me in this regards,

Thank you

    Hi,

It sounds like your card was holding all of your funds before it was blocked, which has now left you unable to access those funds. The solution would be to have customer support unblock the card, or order you a new one. Once you withdraw, you can have them block the card so that your incoming payments would load to your balance.

    Hello.
I want to change my method of payment on fiver by updating my Payoneer account that was previously linked. I contacted Fiver Customer Support to get things sorted out and they have urged me to get things sorted out with Payoneer.
I have made several complaints regarding this through the customer care portal yet there still hasn't been any resolution. Since I never got a reply to my requests. Please respond to this question. I'll be happy to share relevant information with you to get things sorted out.

    Thanks
    Saeed
